The Putnam County Conservative Party is dedicated to preserving the core principles of limited government, individual liberty, fiscal responsibility, and traditional values. We work to support candidates and policies that reflect the values of Putnam County residents, ensuring that local government remains accountable and responsive to the people. Through civic engagement, grassroots advocacy, and community involvement, we strive to protect the freedoms and heritage that make Putnam County a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
Chairman William Spain
Bill Spain is an attorney with deep roots in Putnam County. He currently has his own private practice and previously served as the Putnam County Attorney and town attorney for the Town of Carmel. He has been serving as Chairman of the County Party since 2023.
